A manager from a huge restaurant in the nearby area referred to as in for our services. He had been asked to find out if we could assist the owner. It had become clear that many of the waiting staff exactly where stealing from the Ideas pot. He explained to us that on some weeks there can be as much as £5000 within the pot on a Saturday night. There were only two approaches that the funds could possibly be stolen from the pot. One could be ahead of the funds was put into the pot along with the other could be when it was being counted within the staff room.

We also decided to go undercover and pose as a couple having a meal. We wanted to attempt and get the waiter to take a bit tip from us to see what he would do with the money.
The Restaurant was very busy and so exactly where the waiters. We had a great meal and showed our appreciation in the finish when we gave the waiter a big tip. Following we left we went back to the office to watch the film footage. It quite clearly showed each the head waiter along with the Bar man taking funds from the Tip jar and also forgetting to put their guidelines in. Our client was delighted using the CCTV and the truth that we caught the head waiter and Barman read handed.
